Abstract
Objective: High-speed mobility has emerged as an important element of modern transportation that presents high-speed, high capacity and high-comfort mobility between regions. Beside its functional possibilities, high speed has a strategic position on increasing local and national tourism potential and advancing sustainable transport approaches. It also holds important position to help socio-economic improvement on developing economies. This paper reveals a cluster-based analysis that focus on India. By use of significant parameters like population and city livability, clustering methods are used to designate potential urban metropolization for high-speed systems. Based on the competitive distances of mobility, proposals were done to connect of regions. The findings and offers to enlighten infrastructure plan and policy, roadmap has given about intercity metropolization.
Methods: A clustering analyze is conducted on R Studio Program in line with K-means, PAM and CLARA.
Results: Prior cities and strategical cities are selected in terms of this statistical clustering analyze.
Conclusion: A road map has drawn on national basis for India in terms of these urban and metropolitan settlement agglomerations and priorization as a result of these mentioned analysis.
