Your Paper, Your Way

“As the name suggests, authors can submit their papers without strict formatting. They only need to submit what is needed for the peer review process. Further details may be required at revision stage. Only when your paper is at the accepted stage, we provide the items required (language editing) for the publication of your article and we will put your paper into a 'correct format' for galley proof.”

Some points that authors still need to keep in mind:

• The core manuscript can be submitted as a single MS Word file with all the figures, tables within that file.
• Submissions must still be complete, with all key sections (Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusions, Figures and Tables with Captions).
• Main files are mandatory only at the revision stage.
• Figures should be of high enough quality for refereeing.
• Tables should be in portrait orientation.
• Language must still be of a good standard but the paper will be checked by Language editors after acceptance.
